The difference between Immunocal and L-Glutathione is this: Immunocal contains the amino acids or building blocks your body uses to produce or manuafacture the protein glutathione in your cells. Giving your body this amino acid, called bonded cysteine, has been clinically proven to be very effective in causing your glutathione levels to rise.
L-Glutathione, regardless of the manufacturer or form, is not effective in raising glutathione levels, in fact, studies show it is mostly digested in the gut. You can learn more about oral glutathione here.
