Apart from taking glutathione supplements, how do I increase glutathione levels in my body?
Answer:
Natural foods that boost glutathione must contain bonded cysteine.
The only sources where you can find bonded cysteine in measurable amounts are with human breast milk, raw cow’s milk, raw meat, and raw eggs. I don't suggest you consume these foods, however.
Bonded cysteine is available in very small quantities in raw sulfur-containing vegetables, and consuming them alone will not raise your glutathione to a significant level.
The best way to find bonded cysteine in significant amounts is with undenatured whey protein prepared from raw cow’s milk, which is not available in health food stores. Learn the difference between denatured and undenatured whey protein here.
The nutraceutical Immunocal is an undenatured whey protein that is rich in bonded cysteine and clinically proven to raise and sustain glutathione values.
Immunocal is the most effective, safe, and natural way to raise and sustain your glutathione.
