I know that skin care is very important and one must begin taking care of their skin when they are young. I am going on 23 yrs. of age and only use organic products for my skin. At what age should I start using anti-aging products? I have big eyes, and therefore I know that I am more susceptible to crow's feet and bags around my eyes… Will it harm my skin if I start using eye cream now even if its organic?
Answer:
Glutathione is the hottest anti-aging supplement right now. You can and should start raising your glutathione from birth on. In fact, babies that are breast fed raise their glutathione through mother's breast milk.
However, you can't eat it to raise it. You can however, take a bonded cysteine product that is very similar to mother's milk called Immunocal.
You can also get a skin cream that has Immunocal in it, so it raises glutathione in the skin on your face. I am 42, and have been using this cream now for 4 years. I am very happy with the results- no wrinkles yet! Far from harming you, glutathione is a beneficial protein in each of your cells that you have from birth on.
